\nThe Primary School Principal is responsible for providing visionary leadership and effective management of the primary school, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students. The principal oversees academic programs, including teaching arts and other subjects, manages staff, fosters positive relationships with parents and the community, and reports to the Head of School to support the overall mission and goals of the school.

\n1. Educational Leadership:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that includes arts education and promotes holistic student development.
\n\u2022 Lead and support teaching staff to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction.
\n\u2022 Monitor and evaluate teaching effectiveness and student progress.
\n\u00a0
\n1. Arts Education:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Oversee the planning and delivery of arts programs, including visual arts, music, drama, and other creative subjects.
\n\u2022 Encourage innovative arts projects and extracurricular activities to enrich students\u2019 creative experiences.
\n\u2022 Promote an appreciation for arts and cultural activities within the school community.
\n1. Staff Management and Development:
\n\u2022 Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and support staff.
\n\u2022 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
\n\u2022 Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
\n\u00a0
\n1. Student Welfare and Discipline:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful school climate.
\n\u2022 Address student behavioral issues in accordance with school policies.

\n1. Administrative Duties:

\n\u2022 Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other administrative data.
\n\u2022 Prepare reports and communicate effectively with the Head of School regarding school operations, achievements, and challenges.
\n\u2022 Oversee school budgets and resource allocation.
\n\u00a0
\n1. Community Engagement:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
\n\u2022 Promote school events, arts exhibitions, and community programs.
\n\u00a0
\n1. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to educational standards, policies, and regulations.
\n\u2022 Implement school policies effectively across all areas.

\nQualifications
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education;
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree preferred.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in primary education and leadership roles.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of curriculum development, arts education, and student assessment.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators and staff.
\n\u2022 Physical Requirements:
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a school environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.<\/p>\n
