\nJOB PURPOSE:

\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing, the provision of estate, maintenance and transport services in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with the University\u2019s policies and procedures

\nREQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 The right candidate must meet the following minimum requirements, among others:Possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Construction\/Estate Management, Engineering or related area.
\n\u2022 At least eight (8) years post qualification experience Facilities Management, Protection Services Management and general Administration, two (2) of which should have been at supervisory Level.
\n\u2022 Knowledge in Property maintenance, planning and management, project management, resources planning, Environmental management.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
