\n\u2022 Research and identify upcoming events, festivals, expos, and brand activations aligned withclient portfolios\u2022 Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venues, and promoters\u2022 Present event sourcing proposals with clear ROI potential and audience alignment\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to match sourced events with campaign goals\u2022 Track event calendars and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve

\nIdeal Candidate
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Proven experience in events marketing, brand partnerships, or sponsorship sourcing\u2022 Strong local and regional network within the events and entertainment space\u2022 Excellent communication and pitch skills\u2022 Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and commercially savvy\u2022 Familiarity with Botswana\u2019s cultural and corporate events landscape is a plus
