\nRola Botswana Pty Ltd, a company located at Plot 20578 Moshaneng Close, Block 3 Industrial, Gaborone, specializing in Heavy earth equipment & Commercial Trucking is looking for a Business Strategic Administration Manager, the role is to shape the organizational long-term strategy and develop measures to realize the business objectives.
\nThe incumbent will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes to improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. Moreover, the incumbent should be knowledgeable in various financial structures and possess excellent strong leadership skills.

\nRESPONSIBILITIES

\nThe key responsibilities of the role
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs<\/p>\n
Align departmental goals, process and resource allocation with the organizational strategy<\/p>\n
Assess markets trends and competitors<\/p>\n
Analyse financial security of the organization (risk management analyst).<\/p>\n
Identify threats and opportunities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement a robust technological system to ensure compliance with the current trend<\/p>\n
Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects<\/p>\n
Promote the organization\u2019s product\/services<\/p>\n
Prepare sales contracts in accordance with the established legislations<\/p>\n
Build long term relationships with new and existing clientele<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

\nMasters\u2019 degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least ten (10) years\u2019 experience of which five (5) years must be at senior management level<\/p>\n
