\nMain Purpose of Job:

\n\u2022 Assist in managing and overseeing the running of the whole store
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Ensure that service level standards are maintained
\n\u2022 Ensure proper communication between departments and customers
\n\u2022 Ensure full adherence to company policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Manage Factory Outlet Store Assistant (If applicable)
\n\u2022 Responsible for all daily transactions
\n\u2022 Ensure that all operational equipment is kept safe, neat and orderly
\n\u2022 POS Sales\/manual invoice books, Credits Notes
\n\u2022 Achieve Monthly\/Quarterly\/Annual Sales targets
\n\u2022 Stock Returns
\n\u2022 Purchase orders and GRVs
\n\u2022 Stock Control\/Stock Take\/Clear 90-day Stock
\n\u2022 Resolve Daily variances
\n\u2022 Manage Cash Deposits
\n\u2022 In store promotions
\n\u2022 Day End and Month End Reports Sales
\n\u2022 Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Sales.
\n\u2022 Manage filing systems, handle correspondence, and prepare general office documentation.
\n\u2022 Check, organize, and respond to emails.
\n\u2022 Provide structured feedback and updates on sales activities.
\n\u2022 Assist with month-end requirements and reporting
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nEducation: Formal Qualifications:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Secondary Education
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nSkills & Experience:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Experience in retail or sales environment
\n\u2022 Experience in Merchandising
\n\u2022 Good communication and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
