The Financial Intelligence Agency is an Agency of Government responsible mainly for the production and dissemination of financial intelligence to relevant authorities to combat money laundering, terrorist and proliferation financing and other financial crimes. The Agency is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Act by Specified Parties and Accountable Institutions.

\nSALARY: D4 (P255, 948 \u2013 P282, 120 per annum).

\nCandidates should have at least a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics\/Data Science\/Statistics\/Law or any other related field. A Master\u2019s degree in relevant fields will be an added advantage.

\nAt least six (6) years\u2019 post qualification work experience, of which two (2) years must have been served in Financial Investigations\/Financial Analysis or equivalent. Exposure to the following fields is a requirement:

\n\u2022 Receive, process, and analyze suspicious transaction reports and other financial information.
\n\u2022 Conduct in-depth financial investigations and prepare financial intelligence reports.
\n\u2022 Identify and trace proceeds of crime and financial assets.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders in financial investigations.
\n\u2022 Provide expert testimony in court, as required.
\n\u2022 Develop and deliver training on financial analysis and investigation techniques.
\n\u2022 Keep abreast of trends and typologies in money laundering and terrorist financing.
