\nREPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer

\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Develop and lead BTC\u2019s overall marketing strategy to drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
\n\u2022 Direct integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential platforms.
\n\u2022 Lead the research and insights agenda to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
\n\u2022 Manage the marketing budget and agency partnerships to ensure cost e iciency and campaign efectiveness.
\n\u2022 Drive cross-functional collaboration across the business to ensure marketing alignment with corporate priorities.
\n\u2022 Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to marketing activities and brand performance.
\n\u00a0
\nQUALIFICATION
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
\n\u00a0
\nEXPERIENCE
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in marketing and\/or communications.
\n\u2022 At least 5 years at a senior leadership level overseeing teams and strategy execution.
\n\u2022 Experience working with senior management and leading organisational change initiatives.
\n\u00a0
\nLEGAL CERTIFICATION \/ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Membership in a recognized Marketing or Business professional body will be an added advantage.
