\nPiyush Sharma Attorneys invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Risk and Compliance Advisor.
\nThe successful candidate will provide legal and compliance consulting services to clients, appear in court when required, and assist with the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and risk management strategies. The position further requires an individual capable of conducting training and mentorship to promote ethical practice and professional development.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Provide legal and compliance advisory services to clients.<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with AML\/CFT, insurance, and regulatory frameworks.<\/p>\n
Represent clients in court and manage compliance-related litigation.<\/p>\n
Draft and review legal policies, contracts, and compliance reports.<\/p>\n
Facilitate training and mentorship on compliance, ethics, and risk management.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications and Requirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
LLB (Law) from a recognized institution.<\/p>\n
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of Botswana in good standing with the Law Society of Botswana.<\/p>\n
Postgraduate qualification or certification in risk management, compliance, or insurance will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Sound knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes.<\/p>\n
Strong communication, analytical, and training skills.<\/p>\n
