\nQUALIFICATIONS:

\nMinimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Public Health\/Development studies\/ Economics\/ Programme Management with considerable experience in management and implementation of development programmes including health related programmes.Master\u2019s degree in any of the above field will be an added advantage.

\nEXPERIENCE:
\n\u00a0
\nAt least 16 years work experience in the relevant field, two (2) of which should have been served at E2 salary scale or equivalent. Experience in the monitoring and implementation of HIV and AIDS, TB programs in developing countries will be an added advantage.

\nMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
\n\u00a0
\nTo Coordinate implementation of the Global Fund grants in Botswana
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Develops Global Fund implementation work plans.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate implementation of grant activities at principal and sub recipient level.<\/p>\n
Produce and submit grant performance and annual reports.<\/p>\n
Prepare grant progress updates and disbursement request to the Global Fund<\/p>\n
Ensure annual audits of grant are conducted at PR and Sub Recipient level and submitted to the fund<\/p>\n
Work closely with the District Health Management Teams in the implementation of grant activities<\/p>\n
Oversee all procurement related to the grant<\/p>\n
Report on the performance of the grant to the country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM)<\/p>\n
