\nSefalana Cash & Carry Limited, a leading distributor of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Botswana, has opportunities for marketing professionals to take up the following roles. The position will be tenable in Gaborone.

\n\u00a0
\nMinimum Requirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in business management, commerce, marketing management, sales and marketing, or any related field. Professional certifications in marketing will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Five (5) years\u2019 work experience with active involvement in marketing and communications roles.<\/p>\n
Proficient in developing and executing creative\/winning marketing campaigns to communicate products\/services offerings, attract customers, and build a strong brand. A practical knowledge of having dealt with FMCG products\/services will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Competent in carrying out market surveys, data analysis, and gathering business insights to inform future activities.<\/p>\n
A resourceful, and ethical team player who commits to driving shared goals\/business objectives.<\/p>\n
Strong communication (written and spoken), coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
A valid Class B driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

\nJob Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\nReporting to the Marketing Executive, the position holder will be expected to:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Plan\/execute marketing activities for the relevant division (retail or wholesale) to reach the target audience, promote the brand, and its value proposition.<\/p>\n
Select the appropriate media platforms, ensure optimal and effective use of the available platforms.<\/p>\n
Monitor marketing activities to ensure that they are cost-effective and within the allocated budget.<\/p>\n
Maintain contact with operations management to coordinate in-store marketing plans and activities.<\/p>\n
Ensure that the marketing messaging is consistent with the overall marketing strategy and branding.<\/p>\n
Coordinate the design and execution of market surveys, data analysis, and presentation of reports.<\/p>\n
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain their goodwill and enhance business performance.<\/p>\n
