\nREPORTS TO: Data Centre & External Services Manager
\n\u00a0
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Maintain the Data Centre environment to mission-critical standards of performance, uptime and reliability.<\/p>\n
Deliver cloud infrastructure services that meet the needs of internal and external clients.<\/p>\n
Provide technical support and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery.<\/p>\n
Conduct inspections and enforce compliance with Data Centre best practice.<\/p>\n
Act as lead in incident resolution, taking ownership of troubleshooting and long-term solutions.<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATION
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nEXPERIENCE
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT or Data Centre operations.<\/p>\n
Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, FusionSphere or similar platformsLEGAL CERTIFICATION\/PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP<\/p>\n
CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, Unix\/Linux.<\/p>\n
