\nSales Inventory and Merchandise Manager
\n\u00a0
\nREPORTS TO: Head of Financial Accounting
\n\u00a0
\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Manage sales inventory items including physical airtime vouchers, handsets, and SIM cards across all BTC sales channels.<\/p>\n
Oversee inventory of merchandising materials such as pens, T-shirts, keyrings, flyers, etc.<\/p>\n
Supervise stock levels and ensure accurate replenishment orders with suppliers.<\/p>\n
Monitor activation and distribution of airtime vouchers and SIM cards.<\/p>\n
Maintain and optimize the inventory management system for both sales and merchandising items.<\/p>\n
Drive compliance with regulatory and commercial standards.<\/p>\n
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to manage inventory performance and availability.<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATION
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nEXPERIENCE
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum 6 years\u2019 experience in sales inventory and merchandise management.<\/p>\n
At least 3 years\u2019 experience implementing inventory management systems.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0
\nLEGAL CERTIFICATION\/PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Full Professional Accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA.<\/p>\n
Membership of a recognized professional accounting or inventory management body.<\/p>\n
