\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Relations Officer to support the Customer Relations Manager in executing and enhancing all aspects of customer service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order management, maintain high service levels, and help strengthen our customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Supervise and lead the Customer Services team to ensure efficient operations and high performance.<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate and timely capturing of customer orders to meet Next Day Delivery (NDD) timelines.<\/p>\n
Proactively monitor service commitments to manage and exceed customer expectations.<\/p>\n
Communicate product availability issues, out-of-stocks, and price discrepancies to sales teams and customers promptly.<\/p>\n
Capture credit returns accurately and on time, ensuring completion before monthly cut-off dates.<\/p>\n
Identify process gaps or issues and collaborate with relevant teams or customers to drive effective resolutions.<\/p>\n
Analyse weekly service levels, generate performance reports, and provide strategic guidance to the team to ensure service targets are achieved.<\/p>\n

\nTHE REQUIREMENTS
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.<\/p>\n
3\u20135 years of experience in CRM, Dynamics, or similar system administration.<\/p>\n
Previous experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong data analytics and analysis skills (an added advantage).<\/p>\n
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is essential.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Strong report writing and analytical abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Proactive, assertive, and capable of effectively supervising and motivating a team.<\/p>\n
