\nWe are a growing metal recycling company based in Gaborone, focused on buying and trading aluminum and other scrap metals. We\u2019re looking for a motivated and resourceful Manager who thrives on building connections, spotting opportunities, and driving results. This role involves traveling around Botswana, developing partnerships, and taking part in tenders and supply negotiations \u2013 ideal for someone who\u2019s naturally good with people, confident in communication, and able to think on their feet.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and local stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in tenders, negotiations, and partnership discussions.<\/p>\n
Travel across Botswana to identify and secure new scrap metal sources.<\/p>\n
Provide feedback and reports to management to support growth and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Handle additional operational or administrative tasks as needed.<\/p>\n

\nRequirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Valid driver\u2019s license and readiness to travel frequently.<\/p>\n
Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Natural ability to build trust and connect with people from all walks of life.<\/p>\n
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.<\/p>\n
Experience in management, procurement, or tenders is an advantage \u2013 but strong character and initiative matter most.<\/p>\n
