Embed sound legislative, regulatory and technology developments to ensure sustainable business practices.<\/p>\n
Lead implementation of initiatives that improve operational efficiencies and reduce risk.<\/p>\n
Develop standard operating procedures and ensure sufficient operationalisation of products and solutions.<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or any related field.<\/p>\n
Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Management would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
COP Life Insurance certificate advantageous.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of insurance will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
8-10 years experience in management, with at least 5-8 years at senior executive level in the insurance or financial services industry.<\/p>\n
3-5 years senior management experience in insurance or financial services.<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment governing the insurance industry.<\/p>\n
Proven experience leading Operations, IT enablement, process optimisation and client service functions.<\/p>\n
