\nThe main duties will be:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Monitor fleet usage, reduce operational costs, and investigate accidents.<\/p>\n
Ensure client SHE compliance, resolve action requests, and maintain SHE documentation.<\/p>\n
Conduct routine inspections of sites, vehicles, and offices.<\/p>\n
Monitor vehicle usage trends using GeoTab\/logbooks and maintain inspection schedules.<\/p>\n
Promote zero incidents through safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and monthly reporting.<\/p>\n
Deliver employee training, onboarding, and refresher sessions on SHE policies.<\/p>\n

\nThe candidate must demonstrate the following Capabilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Diploma\/degree in OHS, logistics, Environmental science, or related field.<\/p>\n
3+ years experience in SHE and\/or fleet compliance.<\/p>\n
Advantageous SHE certifications (First Aid, Risk Assessment).<\/p>\n
Knowledge of local SHE regulations and fleet systems (e.g., GeoTab).<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Qualifications:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
High level of organization, inspection discipline, and reporting accuracy.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in MS Office, GeoTab, and SHE documentation systems.<\/p>\n
Integrity and ability to collaborate across departments.<\/p>\n
