\n1. MANAGER STRATEGY RE-ADVERTISEMENT

\n\u00a0
\nJob Summary: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the BNSC Strategy, annual plans and projects, and providing evidence-based advisory on strategy-related data. The incumbent will also manage the execution of the BNSC Strategy and reporting to the BNSC Board and various stakeholders.

\nKey tasks & responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Lead the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the BNSC Strategy process and reports to the BNSC Board and key internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Coordinate the cascading of the corporate strategy to Departments and facilitating the development of Annual Plans.<\/p>\n
Setup and manage the administration of the central project management system, ensuring proper capture of projects and reporting.<\/p>\n
Leads the research process from proposal to presentation of findings to enhance evidence-based decision-making. The research process includes the identification of research topics, scoping, proposal development and presentation of findings.<\/p>\n
Provide technical advice and assistance to various project and programme teams on the integration of best practice project management and M&E. The incumbent will also promote project management best practice regarding sport development and administration.<\/p>\n
Budgeting, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and the BNSC Strategy execution to ensure that on a quarterly and annual basis is to support the BNSC Strategy.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications & Experience:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Strategy Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Registration with professional qualification in Balanced Scorecard.<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s Degree is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
At least 5 years post-qualification experience in Strategy Management environment, of which 3 should be at a supervisory level.<\/p>\n
