\nAs the Country Manager, you will spearhead the overall business operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in a highly competitive FMCG market. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing large-scale operations and driving performance across multiple functions.

\nKey Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the profitable growth of the company.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate the management team and staff to achieve organizational goals.<\/p>\n
Operations Management:<\/p>\n
Oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards.<\/p>\n
Optimize supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of perishable products.<\/p>\n
Quality Control:<\/p>\n
Maintain product quality and freshness through proper handling and storage procedures.<\/p>\n
Monitor and address spoilage issues and implement corrective measures.<\/p>\n
Sales and Marketing:<\/p>\n
Develop sales strategies to increase market share.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.<\/p>\n
Financial Management:<\/p>\n
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.<\/p>\n
Control costs and improve profitability.<\/p>\n
Regulatory Compliance:<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to perishable goods.<\/p>\n
Implement and monitor compliance with industry standards.<\/p>\n
Innovation and Technology:<\/p>\n
Stay updated with industry trends and adopt new technologies for better efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications & Experience:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field a Masters degree will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in executive management of an FMCG company or related sectors.<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of FMCG operations, supply chain management, and retail distribution.<\/p>\n
Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and deliver profitability.<\/p>\n
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n
