Responsible for installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of MSC\/MGW\/STP\/DRA\/HLR\/IMS\/SBC\/PCRF systems.<\/p>\n
Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting<\/p>\n
Provide technical solution and hands-on support on MSC\/MGW\/STP\/DRA\/HLR\/IMS\/SBC\/PCRF.<\/p>\n
Customer relationship management, present service value to customer.<\/p>\n

\nBusiness Skill:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Familiar with carrier commercial network operation requirement and operation procedure<\/p>\n
Have rich experience with MSC\/MGW\/STP\/DRA\/HLR\/IMS\/NFV systems, good Knowledge in protocols such as signaling No.7, SCCP, CAP, and Diameter is preferred.<\/p>\n
EPC skills will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
At least 5 years of maintenance experience, familiar with the O&M process, troubleshooting process, and problem reporting process.<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills, initiative, and team work are preferred.<\/p>\n
