\nSenior Occupational Medical Practitioner<\/p>\n
MissionThe incumbent will provide an oversight on occupational health, clinical and operational efficiency.
\nKey Performance Areas include<\/p>\n
Provide oversight into Occupational Health Services<\/p>\n
Oversee organizational operational and financial effectiveness<\/p>\n
Ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management<\/p>\n
Leading Stakeholder Relationships and Business Development<\/p>\n
Promote People leadership and capacity building<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS\/MBChB) or equivalent<\/p>\n
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine and Health (Diploma, Master\u2019s Degree, or equivalent)<\/p>\n
Registration with Botswana Health Professions Council<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum of 8-10 years\u2019 post-qualification medical experience<\/p>\n
At least 3 years\u2019 experience in Occupational Health Practice<\/p>\n
Competencies<\/p>\n
Clinical governance, quality assurance, and medical ethics<\/p>\n
Leadership and strategic planning<\/p>\n
Business and financial competencies<\/p>\n
