\nApplications are invited from suitable qualified Botswana Citizens from Paleka Communities for the above mentioned post tenable in Pandamatenga Lesoma Kazungula Community Trust Head Office.

\nSALARY: The Trust offers a lucrative and commensurate salary based on experience and qualification:
\nLEAVE: 20 working days per annum
\nEXPERIENCE: 2- 3 years experience in Community development, NGOs in Botswana is an added advantage
\nQUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or Degree in project Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration or a related field.Must have a drivers licence

\nMAIN DUTIES
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Act as the primary link between the Community Trust, Community members, partners, donors and government institutions.<\/p>\n
Facilitate communication and cooperation among all project stakeholders<\/p>\n
Support the planning, implementation, and coordination of Trust \u2013 funded and donor- funded projects.<\/p>\n
Mobilise Community members to participate in project activities<\/p>\n
Organize and facilitate Community meetings, workshops and Consultations.<\/p>\n
Ensure Community needs and concerns are communicated to the Trust and project partners<\/p>\n
