Requirements<\/p>\n
A bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, Real Estate, or a related field, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) being an added advantage.
\nA minimum of ten (10) years\u2019 executive leadership experience within the real estate, financial services, or investment management sectors.
\nA proven track record in strategic planning, business expansion, and investment decision-making.
\nStrong financial acumen, including experience managing high-value asset portfolios.
\nIn-depth knowledge of Botswana\u2019s real estate market, regulatory frameworks, and investment environment.<\/p>\n
