Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. \nThe Project Analyst provides comprehensive project planning, scheduling, analytical, and coordination support across the organisation\u2019s infrastructure development and programme delivery portfolio. The role ensures that projects are effectively planned, monitored, and executed in line with approved timelines, governance frameworks, and organisational objectives.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline in the built environment.
\nProfessional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be required.
\nRegistration with a Professional body with a valid practising license.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in project planning, scheduling, or programme coordination.
\nProven experience working within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or similarly complex project environments.
\nExperience with working project planning and scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Project)<\/p>\n
