Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. \nThe Manager, Financial Planning leads the organisation\u2019s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury financial modelling processes. The role ensures that financial resources are aligned with strategic priorities and supports informed decision-making regarding capital investments and organisational sustainability.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
\nA Full Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is required.
\nMinimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
\nProven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
\nExperience working in capital-intensive or infrastructure-related environments will be advantageous.
\nAdvanced financial modelling and analytical capability
\nStrategic thinking and planning ability
\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\nEffective communication and presentation skills
\nStakeholder engagement and influencing capability
\nAbility to manage complex financial data<\/p>\n
