Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. \nThe Manager, Risk & Compliance is responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide risk management and compliance framework that ensures the organisation operates within acceptable risk levels and complies with all applicable regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
\nProfessional certification in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Governance (advantageous).
\nMinimum 8 years\u2019 experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or governance.
\nExperience in regulated, public sector, or infrastructure environments.
\nExperience developing enterprise risk frameworks and compliance systems.
\nExposure to Board-level reporting and governance structures.<\/p>\n
