Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. \nThe Head, Strategic Sourcing leads the organisation\u2019s procurement and supply chain function, ensuring that all sourcing activities are conducted transparently, efficiently, and in compliance with procurement regulations and organisational governance frameworks.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Masters Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
\nProfessional procurement certification will be advantageous.
\nMinimum of 8-10 years\u2019 experience in procurement or supply chain management.
\nProven experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement governance.
\nExperience within public sector or regulated procurement environments is advantageous.
\nStrategic sourcing and procurement expertise
\nAdvanced negotiation and contract management skills
\nGovernance and regulatory compliance knowledge
\nStrategic thinking and planning ability
\nLeadership and team management capability
\nStakeholder engagement and relationship management<\/p>\n
