Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. \nThe Head, Financial Control & Reporting leads the organisation\u2019s complex financial reporting, financial control, and compliance functions, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial information. The role plays a central role in strengthening financial governance and supporting informed decision-making by Executive Management and the Board.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
\nChartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
\nMaster\u2019s Degree added advantage
\nMinimum 10 years\u2019 progressive experience in financial management, reporting, and control functions.
\nProven experience managing financial reporting frameworks, audits, and compliance processes.
\nExperience working within complex organisations or capital-intensive environments.
\nAdvanced financial reporting and accounting expertise
\nStrong governance and compliance knowledge
\nStrategic financial analysis capability
\nLeadership and team management skills
\nHigh level of integrity and ethical conduct
\nStakeholder engagement and communication ability<\/p>\n
