The Business Performance Monitoring Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the bank achieves its strategic objectives and socio-economic mandates. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Design and implement comprehensive business performance monitoring frameworks and dashboards.
\nAnalyze departmental performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
\nCollaborate with department heads to define and align KPIs with the bank\u2019s strategic objectives.
\nPrepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
\nMonitor the progress and impact of the bank\u2019s digital transformation initiatives on overall productivity.

Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the financial services sector.
\nStrong proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel for performance reporting.
\nDemonstrated experience in developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
\nEffective communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
\nKnowledge of digital transformation trends and their impact on business performance.<\/p>\n
