The Business Performance Manager plays a critical role in supporting the National Development Bank\u2019s mission to drive socio-economic transformation and economic diversification in Botswana. Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain comprehensive business performance frameworks and KPIs aligned with the bank\u2019s strategic objectives.
\nAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for performance enhancement.
\nCollaborate with department heads to ensure their activities align with the bank\u2019s digital transformation and socio-economic goals.
\nPrepare and present detailed performance reports and dashboards for the senior management team.
\nFacilitate periodic performance review meetings to track progress against corporate targets.
\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
\nA minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business performance management, strategic planning, or operational analysis.
\nStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and performance management software.
\nProven experience within the financial services or banking sector in Botswana or the wider region.
\nDeep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to design effective performance reporting frameworks.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to diverse stakeholders.
\nExperience supporting organizational change or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
