Job Summary
\nWe are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Spares Clerk with experience in retail\/parts management with a background in engineering, automotive, or manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will manage spare parts inventory, process requests, and ensure accurate stock control.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u2013 Receive, store, and issue spare parts
\n\u2013 Maintain accurate inventory records
\n\u2013 Process spare part requests
\n\u2013 Conduct stock counts and audits
\n\u2013 Label and organize inventory
\n\u2013 Coordinate with Procurement and Engineering Departments
\n\u2013 Ensure proper documentation of issued items
\nRequirements
\n\u2013 Prior experience working with spares management software or inventory ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Syspro, or Sage) will be considered a significant advantage.
\n\u2013 Experience in ensuring accurate stock levels, parts\/spares identification, and procurement practices.
\n\u2013 Experience in engineering\/automotive parts environment would be highly preferable
\n\u2013 Strong organizational skills
\n\u2013 Basic computer literacy (inventory systems preferred)
\n\u2013 Knowledge of ISO9001\/2015 Standards
\n\u2013 Attention to detail
\n\u2013 Good communication skills
\n\u2013 Based in Gaborone
\n\u2013 Drivers License would be preferable
\nQualifications
\n\u2013 Educational Background: BGCSE Certificate (38 to 40 Points)
\n\u2013 Professional Experience: CIPS Diploma or equivalent would be advantageous
