Identification and control of irregularities and misstatements
\nAudits as per International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
\nClient portfolio management
\nAssessment of internal controls, compliance and risk management processes
\nPreparation of detailed audit reports and financial reporting
\nTax, audit, regulations\/laws and general advisory
\nEffective working\/collaborative relationship with management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
A well-qualified and growth-oriented career professional with Bachelor\u2019s degree in Applied Accounting and professional qualification in either ACCA, CPA or CA.
\nSuitable candidate must also demonstrate relevant skills in Accounting software proficiency (Mobilink, SAGE, Ms Suites).
\nKnowledge of IFRS accounting and sustainability standards.
\nStrong auditing, finance and commercial awareness.
\nTeambuilding and leadership skills.
\nExcellent analytical and communication skills.
\nMust be registered\/cleared with BICA and\/or the equivalent relevant professional regulatory body from outside Botswana.
\nMinimum of at least 5 (five) years\u2019 proven experience in an external auditing or professional services firm.
\nEssential skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements shall be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
