Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Market and sell Life Insurance products through directing internal individual life sales agents, whilst maintaining existing business through effective individual life Agents relationships and ongoing management of performance of sales teams.
\nContribute to Market Access Planning and developing the sales DNA with the Sales Managers in line with Africa Market access strategy.
\nKeep abreast with trends and best practices within insurance product market or industry in order and ensure compliance by individual life business agents.
\nIn collaboration with the head of retail distribution, develop sales targets for own portfolio.
\nIdentify new sales opportunities and increase sales penetration levels.
\nMonitor implementation of tactics to drive the generation of new business by individual life business agents in line with the ethos of client centricity and legislative requirements.
\nContribute to sustaining a competitive edge through external networking and benchmarking and representation on related forums.
\nDefine fair and innovative client service practices which build rewarding relationships and facilitate sales leads and increase sales by Agents.

\nCoordinate general administration for the portfolio and its reporting requirements.

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
\n5 Years Sales Management in Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
