Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Ensure product availability, visibility and proper placement in assigned outlets.
\nImplement merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
\nNegotiate prime shelf space and point-of-sale displays.
\nMonitor competitor activities and provide feedback.
\nConduct regular outlet visits and submit reports.
\nEnsure accurate stock rotation (FIFO) and product freshness.
\nAchieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
\nReport any issues, opportunities or obstacles to the supervisor.<\/p>\n

\nBasic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
\nMust be a Botswana citizen
\nClean criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate required)
\nWillingness to undergo background checks
\nNeat appearance and good personal hygiene
