Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Prepare a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked products.
\nMeasure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and production standards.
\nOperate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
\nMonitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency.
\nDecorate and finish baked products to the required standards.
\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and equipment.
\nEnsure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
\nMinimize waste and control costs by using ingredients efficiently.
\nFollow food safety and hygiene regulations.
\nAssist with inventory and place orders when required.<\/p>\n

\nBasic computer literacy (Inventory, records) and baking standards is an advantage
\nMust be a Botswana citizen
\nClean criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate required)
