We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock control, tracking equipment, managing warehouse documentation, and supporting logistics processes including imports and exports. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency through effective coordination, system accuracy, and compliance with company standards.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all inventory is updated in the system
\nConduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies promptly
\nMonitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against documentation
\nPrepare, check, and dispatch outgoing goods accurately and on time
\nEnsure all delivery notes, waybills, and related documentation are correctly completed and filed
\nTrack and manage company equipment, ensuring full traceability
\nMonitor equipment calibration and maintenance schedules, especially lifting gear
\nCapture all warehouse transactions accurately in ERP\/WMS systems
\nMaintain organised and audit-ready warehouse documentation
\nGenerate and submit reports as required
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
\nManage PPE stock, including issuing and monitoring usage
\nCoordinate logistics activities including deliveries, collections, and shipment tracking
\nSupport import and export processes and documentation requirements
\nLiaise with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, and project teams
\nAssist in sourcing PPE and equipment, including supplier engagement and quotation processes
\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or related field (advantageous)
\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
\nValid Code B driver\u2019s license
\nValid passport
\nBasic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
\nStrong organisational and administrative skills
\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\nReliable, responsible, and trustworthy
\nTeam player with a willingness to learn
\nBasic understanding of inventory systems and stock control principles
\nKnowledge of warehouse health and safety practices
\nFamiliarity with equipment tracking and asset management<\/p>\n
