Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers following approved scripts and guidelines.
\nSupport loan sales by clearly explaining product features, required documents, and next steps.
\nConduct follow\u2011ups on leads generated through campaigns, referrals, or database mining.
\nExecute targeted sales and marketing campaigns as assigned.
\nRespond to customer questions and provide basic information. Escalate complex queries to senior agents or supervisors.
\nMaintain courteous, professional communication at all times
\nCapture customer information accurately in CRM systems. Support data integrity efforts through correct tagging and classification.
\nAssist in driving call centre service excellence through consistent, courteous communication.
\nIdentify and immediately escalate suspicious or fraudulent behaviour.
\nDocument all customer interactions in line with set procedures.
\nProvide feedback on common customer issues to support process improvement.
\nUphold compliance with operational processes, KYC, AML\/CFT guidelines and internal controls.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration\/ Economics or similar field is advantageous
\nCall center or telesales experience is advantageous
\nCOP (short term\/long term)
\nCall center or customer service certification (added advantage)
\nUnderstanding of customer insights and analytics
\nUnderstanding of product and customer lifecycle management
\nUnderstanding of call handling protocols and customer interaction standards
\nProficiency with digital sales platforms and CRM systems
\nAbility to identify and escalate potential fraud indicators
\nActive listening and basic problem\u2011solving
\nEfficient communication with colleagues for uniformity of products and procedures within the company
\nFluent in English and Setswana
\nAbility to follow scripts and standard operating procedures
\nAccurate data entry and attention to detail
