Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage daily front office operations including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations
\nEnsure delivery of outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
\nSupervise, train, and motivate front office team members
\nMonitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue opportunities
\nHandle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
\nPrepare operational reports and manage departmental budgets
\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma\/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
\nMinimum 3-5 years\u2019 experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory\/management role
\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
\nProficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
\nExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
\nKnowledge of revenue management principles is an added advantage<\/p>\n
