Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Analyse the Botswana motor market and dealer operations
\nManage the financial performance of all the Parts departments
\nManage the financial risk, stocktaking and inventory security of all the Parts departments
\nEnsure that all the parts processes are managed so as to satisfy the customer\u2019s needs
\nAdhere to the NMI Group & franchise procedures
\nEnsure that the warehouse is managed and that the department is marketed
\nEnsure that staff is manage \/ develop to improve performance
\nLead the parts sales team to develop and maintain positive working relationships while reaching objectives
\nManage inventory levels in alignment with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) expectations and existing activity levels.<\/p>\n
