Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Recording transactions, updating ledgers, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
\nManaging accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and tracking outstanding balances
\nExpenses monitoring to ensure they align with budget and policies
\nReconciling Accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
\nPreparing financial statements, management accounts, reports and reconciliation
\nAssisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenditure
\nEnsuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
\nAssisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics from a reputable university plus ACCA\/CIMA\/ACA
\nA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in finance management or accounting
\nA minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in accounting Software Sage Pastel
\nBICA Membership
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Sage Pastel software.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
\nDriver\u2019s licence is essential<\/p>\n
