Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Implement and maintain international retail standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency in layout, cleanliness, and operations
\nConduct routine store audits to identify gaps and drive improvements in performance and presentation
\nExecute visual merchandising strategies, including product placement, shelf organization, and promotional displays
\nTrain and support frontline staff on customer service, communication, and operational best practices
\nAssist store supervisors in improving daily operations, including stock replenishment and inventory control
\nSupport new store and kiosk setups by ensuring readiness, correct layout, and adherence to company standards
\nMonitor store performance and provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
5-7 years of retail experience in developed markets such as the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, European Union, United States, or Australia
\nExperience in roles such as Retail Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Operations Associate
\nBachelor\u2019s degree
\nStrong understanding of customer service, store operations, and merchandising
\nDetail-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
\nStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with frontline teams<\/p>\n
