Conduct pre task risk assessments
\nEnforce mine safety standards, PPE compliance
\nConduct daily inspections of equipment, ground conditions and work areas tagging out unsafe conditions
\nCoordinate daily mining activities
\nMonitor daily production targets vs plan
\nMaintain accurate shift log books
\nWorking in liaison with technical team
\nSupervise, train and mentor subordinates on safe operating procedures
\nAddress conduct issues of subordinates
\nEnsure work area is kept clean, tidy and free from hazards<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Degree In Mining Engineering
\n5 Years\u2019 experience in an open cast or underground mine
\nUnderground Full Blasting License
\nHighest level of safety consciousness
\nAble write reports in English<\/p>\n
