Drilling holes for blasting, sampling or exploration and maintain parameters as instructed by the Overseer Miner
\nPerform daily inspections, and report any malfunctions
\nAdherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensuring a safe organised work environment
\nMaintaining daily log sheets of drilling progress and equipment issues
\nMaintaining accurate hole depth, angle and alignment
\nOre, waste drilling and ground support
\nPerform pre and post truck operation inspections
\nAssist engineering teams with both planned and breakdown maintenance<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Rig Operator
\nUnderground Mining Experience
\nValid operator certificate
\nAbility to read and write reports in English
\nValid medical record
\nTeam player<\/p>\n
