Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
\nOversee store induction, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and franchise standards.
\nMonitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement improvement strategies.
\nCoordinate with franchisors and senior management to align operational standards and updates.
\nLead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
\nMaintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience in franchise store management.
\nStrong knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices.
\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to handle operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to motivate and inspire staff to achieve performance goals.
\nDegree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
\n5-8 years overall experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and operations management.
\nRelevant certifications in management or operations (added advantage).
\nExperience in the restaurant or franchise sector is preferred.<\/p>\n
