Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee financial planning and analysis to ensure consistent growth in the asset portfolio.
\nProvide comprehensive financial updates and strategic insights to the Directors to support decision-making.
\nIdentify and implement effective measures to reduce operating and finance costs through strategic negotiations.
\nEnsure rigorous financial controls are in place, including full compliance with Stock Exchange regulations.
\nAct as the primary liaison for internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
\nLead the integration and optimization of ERP systems for financial accounting, cost management, and credit control.
\nLead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
15+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally across real estate market.
\nDeep knowledge of finance standards.
\nA professional accounting qualification. Registration with BICA is required.
\nDemonstrated ability to handle high-value capital expansions and complex financial negotiations.
\nAdvanced proficiency in modern ERP financial systems and stock control software.<\/p>\n
