To build and lead a fit-for-purpose treasury function and to originate, structure and execute capital raising initiatives that support CEDA\u2019s mandate and long-term sustainability.

Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMaster\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
\nChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder
\nFull membership of a recognized professional finance or treasury body (e.g., ACT, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage
\nMembership of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) is an advantage.
\nACI Dealing Certificates\/ACI Diploma
\nMinimum of 10 years in treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking, with at least 5 years at senior or executive level.
\nProven track record in capital raising, structured financing, liquidity management, and negotiating large-scale funding agreements.
\nExperience in the financial services or development finance sector preferred.<\/p>\n
