Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment routinely
\nKitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and scullery area clean and organized, dispose of rubbish and maintain hygiene standards
\nAssist with cleaning floors, counters, food preparation areas and help kitchen staff with basic duties when required
\nEnsure all cleaning materials are used safely and properly and also follow health and safety regulations at all times
\nWaste Management: collecting ,emptying ,cleaning trash bins and disposing refuse from all kitchen areas.
\nSupplies Management: Storing dishes ,utensils and equipment in designated areas and stocking service stations
\nAssistance : Assisting chefs with basic food preparations ( e.g peeling vegetables ) and helping unload deliveries<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Education: Cambridge certificate
\nPrevious scullery or kitchen cleaning experience is an advantage
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
\nGood teamwork and communication skills
\nPhysically fit and able to stand for long periods
\nReliable, punctual, and hardworking
\nWillingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required<\/p>\n
