Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide first-line desktop, hardware, software, and network related issues.
\nLog, track and resolve incidents using the IT service desk system.
\nAssist users with password resets, account access, and troubleshooting.
\nSet up workstations such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
\nSupport Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) in order to contribute to excellent customer services to internal staff.
\nEscalate unresolved problems to senior IT support.
\nComplete other information technology tasks as assigned.
\nParticipate actively in the Implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs.
\nAny other duties related to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Should be studying towards a Degree in Information Technology\/Information Systems or an equivalent professional qualification.
\nSound knowledge in IT technical support and Microsoft suite of packages.
\nCreative and Analytical thinking as well as good planning and organizing skills.<\/p>\n
