Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide cost guidance on contract matters to Site Agents, Site Engineers and other operational staff
\nProvide series of on the job training programmers to junior employees to allow for smooth succession of responsibilities and continuity of company business
\nWork with Finance Department to coordinate contract financial obligations
\nHandle on-going issue and change management
\nEnsure smooth contract close-out<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
BSc Degree in Quantity surveying from a recognized University
\nAt least 10 years Quantity surveying experience within the construction industry and managing a department within a Citizen Owned Construction environment
\nComputer Literacy and knowledge of Construction Computer software programmes (Microsoft packages)<\/p>\n
