Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
All duties related to a busy district Hospital.
\nThe Officer should be able to work independently and his\/her responsibilities include among others:
\nPreparation of purchase orders for procurement with laid down supplies procedures
\nPreparation of requisitions and submit to supervisor for authorization.
\nConducting physical stock taking.
\nEnsuring that supplier products are delivered as per the requirement.
\nMaintenance of proper supplier Records in accordance with supplies regulations.
\nPreparation of invoices for payments.
\nVerify that stocks are in agreement with supplies ledger balances and that all necessary entries in supplies ledgers have been recorded.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Cambridge School Certificate plus Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS) or Degree in Purchasing and Supply management or B.Com or its equivalent.
\nAt least two (2) years\u2019 relevant post qualification experience in a Similar operation or two (2) years as assistant Supplies Officer<\/p>\n
