Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
All duties related to the medical department of a busy District Hospital:
\nThe Officer should be able to work independently in the wards and in the outpatient department
\nNight and weekend calls
\nSupervision and guidance of Junior Officers
\nManagement tasks
\nDeputizing the Chief Medical Officer<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBCHB)
\nAt least 5 years post qualification
\nMinimum of 2 years as Senior Medical Officer in a Hospital set-up
\nExperience in obstetrics and ability to perform caesarean sections on His\/her own
\nExperience with ARV treatment and in Hospital management is of advantage<\/p>\n
